
Technical & Customer Support
Elite are looking for keen, ambitious support staff to join its growing 24/7 phone support function.
You should have a minimum of 9 months IT support or call centre experience, within a commercial environment, be willing to work shifts and occasional weekends, plus be ambitious and willing to learn new IT skills.
You should have good knowledge of the Internet and its related technologies, plus experience of Windows or Linux O/S.
Finally, you should have excellent customer facing skills, including strong verbal and written skills.
